An update on the future of on-loan Arsenal star Folarin Balogun has, late on Friday, come to the fore online.

The name of hitman Balogun, of course, has found its way onto the lips of many a Gunners supporter across the season to date.

This comes as the England youth international continues to light up the French top-flight, amid a stellar loan stint with Stade de Reims.

All told, across 29 Ligue appearances to date, Balogun has racked up a head-turning 18 goals, to go along with three assists.

Such impressive production, in turn, has resulted in inevitable calls beginning to mount back in north London for the gifted young striker to be integrated into Mikel Arteta’s first-team setup next season.

Recent reports in the media, however, have pointed towards Balogun seeking guarantees when it comes to playing time, which are unlikely to be met in the face of competition from both Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah.

And now, late on Friday, an insight into just how much the Gunners would allegedly seek as part of any such sale has been provided.

The info comes courtesy of French outlet L’Equipe, who point towards a €30 million asking price being placed on Balogun’s head.

Suitors, meanwhile, should not prove at all difficult to come by, amid further suggestions that all of Marseille, Monaco and Lille would be keen to bring the 21-year-old to France on a permanent basis.

Elsewhere, in Italy, AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli are admirers, too, whilst RB Leipzig are monitoring Balogun’s situation closely.
