Paris Saint-Germain head coach Christophe Galtier has, on Friday, provided an update on the wellbeing of key attacker Neymar.
For those who may have missed it, wide-man Neymar set pulses racing across the PSG fanbase late last month.
This came upon the Brazilian international, amid a starring performance, limping out of the club’s Ligue 1 meeting with LOSC Lille.

Post-match, it was subsequently confirmed that he was in line for a spell on the sidelines, owing to an ankle injury.
Hope had remained, though, that the former Barcelona standout could yet go on to mark his return to the pitch in time to feature in the 2nd-leg of PSG’s Champions League Last-16 showdown with German heavyweights Bayern Munich.
In turn, it will no doubt come as a heavy blow to all associated with the Ligue 1 champions to hear that, in fact, this will not prove to be the case.
And the tactician went on to reveal that, not only is the 31-year-old in line to miss out this weekend, but against the aforementioned Bayern next Wednesday, too:
