Martin Odegaard sets Arsenal record in West Ham clash

Arsenal and West Ham are currently locked in Premier League action at the London Stadium.

The game is a must-win encounter for Arsenal as they continue their push for the Premier League title.

The Gunners dropped points vs Liverpool last weekend and after Manchester City saw off Leicester City on Saturday, the Sky Blues began Sunday just three points off Arsenal.

And with City having a game in hand on Mikel Arteta’s side, a loss to the Hammers could easily see Manchester City go top of the league thanks to their superior goal difference.

As for West Ham, they kicked off vs Arsenal 15th in the Premier League and just three points above the relegation zone, though they have a game in hand on 18th place Nottingham Forest.

At the time of writing, Arsenal are leading the match. Martin Odegaard slipped in Ben White who crossed the ball back across goal for Gabriel Jesus to tap in.

Odegaard then got on the end of a Gabriel Martinelli cross nine minutes in to make it 2-0.
