A head-turning statistic surrounding the creative exploits of Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has come to the fore online late on Sunday.
Midfielder Fernandes, of course, took his place front and centre in United’s latest outing, this afternoon.
Fresh off a pulsating 2-2 stalemate with Spanish giants Barcelona in midweek, Erik ten Hag’s troops turned their attentions back towards matters on the domestic front, eyeing a return to winning ways in a Premier League meeting with Leicester City.
And, when all was said and done at Old Trafford, this is precisely what the Red Devils went on to do.
The in-form Marcus Rashford, unsurprisingly, proved the star of the show, notching a brace either side of the interval, before Jadon Sancho put the finishing touches on a 3-0 result.

As alluded to above, though, whilst it was hitman Rashford who stole the headlines, teammate Bruno Fernandes too enjoyed a stellar afternoon.
As per statisticians Opta, on his way to a pair of assists, the 28-year-old created a hefty nine goalscoring chances against Leicester.
This marks the most racked up by a player in a single fixture in England’s top-flight this term, after Fernandes managed the same against Tottenham back in October.
