‘Get him off’: Manchester United star singled out for criticism during Liverpool clash

Manchester United and Liverpool are currently locked in Premier League action at Anfield.

Manchester United headed into the game on the back of a League Cup triumph and a 3-1 FA Cup win over West Ham.

The Red Devils are also currently 3rd in the Premier League. United are 14 points off league leaders Arsenal but they do have two games in hand, so they are not completely out of the title race just yet.

As for Liverpool, they have had an awful season so far but their form has improved in recent weeks, winning three and drawing one of their last four.

As a result, a tough tie was expected at Anfield for Manchester United. And at the time of writing, the score remains deadlocked at 0-0.

Liverpool started the better of the two sides with Manchester United slow on the ball. However, the Reds did not really test the home side in the opening 15 minutes.

And any chances Liverpool did create were largely cut out by Lisandro Martinez, who had a very impressive first 25 minutes.

Manchester United, created very little in the first half an hour and one Man United player has come in for heavy criticism online for his display so far.

That man is Antony, with many fans taking exception to his poor crossing and lack of a weak foot:

Who has kept the most clean sheets in a single Premier League season?

Which club has Lionel Messi scored the most goals against?
