Arsenal’s 2019-20 home kit confirmed

Arsenal have confirmed the look of their brand new home kit for 2019-20 on Monday.

Pictures of the new strip have been circling on social media for several weeks.

However, only today have Arsenal finally confirmed what their new kits look like.

As showcased below, Emery’s men are set for a somewhat new look.

The classic red and white of the Gunners will remain, albeit with a revamped collar, and shoulders lined with Adidas’ trademark stripes.

Bernd Leno gets a new number

As part of the Arsenal kit launch, it’s also been confirmed that Bernd Leno will wear the #1 jersey with the Gunners next season.

Petr Cech used to wear that number, before he retired at the end of last season.

Arsenal video spoofed

It’s not taken long for Arsenal’s kit launch video to be spoofed.

Of course, Arsenal finished the 2018-19 Premier League in fifth place, while they lost to Chelsea in the Europa League final.

As a result, Arsenal will play Europa League football on Thursday nights again in 2019-20.

Man City 2019-20 kits revealed

Reigning Premier League champions Man City have also released their new kits on Monday.

From 2019-20, Man City’s uniforms will be made by Puma.
