Chelsea look to end their recent poor form against near neighbours West Ham – as former Blues boss Graham Potter returns to Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Maresca’s side could go back into the top four with a win and Chelsea have only lost one of their last 12 Premier League games on a Monday night.

The Hammers kick-off in 15th place in the table – but they do have Jarrod Bowen back.

Potter told Sky Sports: “Jarrod is our captain and a top player who has worked really hard to get back. It’s a boost for the players.”

Here’s how the sides line up.
