Atleti are on a two-match stretch of victories, winning 3-0 at Real Sociedad before thrashing Osasuna 4-0 at home on Wednesday.
That has put Diego Simeone’s side two points behind Madrid and third-placed Betis, as well as two clear of sixth-placed Deportivo.
