There will be two Bellinghams in the England squad after Jobe's call-up for the games with Croatia and Spain

BREAKING: Jobe Bellingham receives England call-up alongside his brother Jude

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jobe Bellingham was today called into the England squad alongside his brother Jude.

Bellingham has performed well for Dortmund this season with Niko Kovac’s side second in the Bundesliga, trailing Bayern Munich on goal difference only.

The 21-year-old moved to Germany, following the same career path as his older brother, from Sunderland in 2025 after helping the Black Cats to promotion to the Premier League.

Josh King also received a first call-up after starring for Fulham while Arsenal pair Declan Rice and Ben White returned to the squad.

The headline omissions are that of Cole Palmer and Phil Foden. Palmer withdrew from the last England squad with a frustrated Thomas Tuchel claiming the Chelsea star “misses too many opportunities” to play for his country.

Palmer has won just 14 caps for the Three Lions but continues to shine at club level with three goals and three assists in nine games for Chelsea this season.

Foden has not played for England since March.

England conclude their Nations League campaign with games against Croatia and Spain.

Croatia visit Wembley next Thursday before England head to Madrid the following Sunday. Tuchel’s men sit in second place in Group C and know that if they avoid defeat against Croatia then that will be enough to secure their quarter-final place. To finish top of the group, England would need to win both games and ensure they have a higher goal difference than Spain.
