Who will win the 2025/26 Champions League?
Bundesliga champions Bayern are slight favourites ahead of Premier League title hopefuls Arsenal, according to bookmakers before the semi-finals.
Vincent Kompany’s side eliminated Madrid 6-4 on aggregate and are hoping to win a treble by becoming European champions and winning the German Cup.
Despite their form faltering domestically, Arsenal earned an impressive win at Sporting when Kai Havertz scored what proved to be the only goal of the tie during second-half added time.
PSG were not far behind in the odds and have stayed on course to retain the Ligue 1 title while looking formidable in the Champions League knockout stage.
Luis Enrique’s team beat Chelsea 8-2 on aggregate and outclassed Liverpool with 2-0 wins home and away.
Atleti have not threatened a title challenge in La Liga but scored 14 goals across their knockout-stage European wins over Brugge and Tottenham.
Considered dark horses by odds compilers, they shocked Barca for their first win at the Camp Nou since 2006 as part of a 3-2 aggregate victory over the dominant team in Spain.
When is the Champions League final?
The final will take place on May 30 2026 at the The Puskas Arena in the Hungarian capital, which opened in 2019 and is home to the country’s national team.
The arena hosted a dramatic 2022/23 Europa League final, when Sevilla beat Roma on penalties following a 1-1 draw after extra time.
