Alexander Isak to score first. The former Borussia Dortmund striker was tipped to have a big summer. Although he produced a few moments of magic in the group phase, he’s yet to score a goal and will be looking to break his duck.

Sweden vs Ukraine betting tips: Match preview
How Sweden got here
Sweden qualified for the knockout phase as surprise winners of Group E, finishing above Spain, Slovakia and Poland. Janne Andersson’s side held Spain to a goalless draw in their opening match in Seville. Emil Forsberg scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot in Sweden’s second match against Slovakia.
Sweden beat Poland 3-2 in their final group game. A brace from Forsberg had Sweden 2-0 up before the hour mark. Two goals from Robert Lewandowski saw Poland get back on level terms before Viktor Claesson’s 94th-minute winner that secured top spot in the group.
Sweden were eliminated at the group stage at each of the last three European Championships, although they did reach the quarter-finals in 2004. They also reached the semi-finals as hosts of the tournament in 1992.
How Ukraine got here
Ukraine finished third in Group C, three points behind Austria and six behind group winners Netherlands. With just three points to their name, Ukraine picked up the fewest points of all the teams that made it to the round of 16. They advanced to the knockout phase as the fourth and final third-place team.
Ukraine lost their opening match against the Netherlands 3-2 in Amsterdam. Goals from Andriy Yarmolenko and Roman Yaremchuk saw Ukraine come back from 2-0 down. The game looked to be heading for a draw before Denzel Dumfries broke Ukraine hearts with five minutes to go.
Yarmolenko and Yaremchuk were on the scoresheet yet again as Ukraine beat North Macedonia 2-1 in their second game. Ukraine’s third game ended in a 1-0 defeat to Austria.
This is the first time that Ukraine have progressed past the group stage at the European Championships since gaining independence from the Soviet Union.
Man to watch: Emil Forsberg
Emil Forsberg is Sweden’s leading scorer at the tournament so far with three goals, while Ukraine’s Roman Yaremchuk and Andriy Yarmolenko both have two goals.
The winner of the match will face one of England and Germany – who also play on Wednesday – in the quarter-finals in Rome on 3 July.
Ukraine and Sweden have faced each other four times previously. Ukraine have won three of those and lost one.
The two sides’ last meeting was in the group stage at Euro 2012. Ukraine won the game 2-1. National legends Andriy Shevchenko and Zlatan Ibrahimovic were both on the scoresheet that day.
Sweden team news vs Ukraine
Robin Quaison and Marcus Berg will compete for a spot alongside Alexander Isak in attack.
Dejan Kulusevski and Bologna midfielder Mattias Svanberg are both available again after recovering from Covid-19.
Ukraine team news vs Sweden
Viktor Tsyhankov and Oleksandr Zubkov are both struggling with calf injuries, so Ruslan Malinovskyi may have to start again on the left side of their three-man attack.
Ukraine have just three players playing in Europe’s top five leagues: Manchester City’s Oleksandr Zinchenko, West Ham’s Yarmolenko, and Atalanta’s Malinovskiy.
17 of Ukraine’s 26-man squad play their football in Ukraine – nine of those for Dynamo Kyiv.
