HBO Max is the new streaming home of TNT Sports, requiring viewers to take some straightforward steps to keep watching.
Fans tuning in via platforms such as Sky and Amazon Prime Video may also notice some of the changes, which were introduced in March 2026.

TNT Sports on HBO Max in the UK
The previous way to stream TNT Sports was on Discovery Plus, but the service is now on HBO Max in the UK.
Existing TNT Sports fans can keep watching by downloading the HBO Max app or going to HBOMax.com and signing in using their existing Discovery Plus log-in details.
HBO Max on Sky and Amazon Prime Video in the UK
Sky and Prime Video are among HBO Max’s partners in the UK. Customers should download the HBO Max app and activate their TNT Sports on HBO Max subscription through Sky.
Discovery Plus TNT Sports and Entertainment subscriptions on Prime Video will continue as a standalone TNT Sports subscription.
How much does HBO Max cost? UK prices, subscription
The price of a standalone TNT Sports subscription remained unchanged at £30.99 per month when HBO Max was launched.
Amazon users will be issued with a refund for any unused remaining days of their TNT Sports and Entertainment billing period and initially charged the new reduced price at launch for a TNT Sports subscription of £30.99 per month, with a new billing date applying.
Added HBO plans range from a basic package of £4.99 per month with adverts to a premium plan costing £14.99 each month.
HBO plans feature all the best HBO Max shows and movies, excluding movies first streamed on the service following their theatrical release window.
HBO Max: Premier League, Champions League TV channel, live online streams
As before, fans can watch a wide range of competitions on TNT Sports channels 1-4, TNT Sports Ultimate, live event feeds and TNT Sports Original Documentaries.
HBO Max is now the place to stream from, including exclusive matches from the Premier League, FA Cup and Women’s FA Cup, Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, as well Premiership rugby, cycling showpiece the Tour de France and the Australian Open and French Open tennis tournaments.
