Manchester City host Galatasaray tonight knowing they need to win to stand a realistic chance of qualifying automatically for the Champions League round of 16.
City start the final round of games in the league phase in 11th place but level on points with PSG who are sixth. The top eight go through without the need for the playoffs.
Galatasaray are 17th and virtually assured of a place in the top 24. Okan Buruk’s men have lost just one of their last nine games in all competitions.
