Jose Mourinho becomes World Food Programme ambassador, Chelsea boss heading to Africa “immediately”

Days after the Premier League season finished, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has started a new job.

The Special One has become an ambassador for the World Food Programme, and the announcement was made on social media on Monday.

Rather than simply being a PR position, Mourinho told reporters “My plans are to go immediately to Africa, to a couple of countries the World Food Programme finds is the best place to start.”
