England’s arrival in Krakow was marked by a sizable Irish audience who berated the Three Lions as they pulled into their hotel.
With approximately a thousand of spectators penned in behind iron fences on both sides of the road, as soon as the England bus came into view it became apparent that many of the onlookers were hostile.
A loud round of boos set the tone, before more creative chants from the congregation of Irish fans starting ringing out.
First there was a chorus of ”You’ll never beat the Irish,” and soon after their was a sing-song of “Terry is a racist!”
