West Ham United head coach David Moyes has, on Thursday night, provided an update on the wellbeing of star attacker Jarrod Bowen.
The Irons, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
Boosted by a 2-0 downing of Bournemouth at the weekend, Moyes and co. turned their attentions towards matters on the continent, in a Europa Conference League meeting with Danish outfit Silkeborg.
And, when all was said and done, the capital outfit’s impressive European campaign to date only continued, courtesy of a 5th victory on the bounce.
A solitary goal, netted by Manuel Lanzini midway through the first-half at the London Stadium, proved enough to put Silkeborg to the sword.

Whilst those on show in claret and blue were getting the job done once more on Thursday, though, one key member of the Hammers’ ranks was watching on from home.
Wide-man Bowen has of course continued to play an integral role for West Ham across the season to date.
Absent from not only his starting XI, but matchday squad altogether this evening, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of Bowen’s wellbeing was put to boss David Moyes.
And the English tactician went on to reveal that his goalscoring winger has picked up an ankle injury, the extent of which is yet to be determined:
