West Ham United’s supporters have flooded to social media on Sunday evening, to make their feelings regarding the position of David Moyes on the club’s bench crystal clear.
The Irons, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
Amid an altogether concerning campaign to date, which left them sitting inside the bottom three ahead of kick-off, Moyes and co. made the trip across London, for a derby showdown with Tottenham Hotspur.
When all was said and done, though, once more, West Ham simply failed to step up to the plate.
A toothless display opened the door for Spurs to cruise to a 2-0 triumph at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, courtesy of goals on the part of Emerson Royal and Son Heung-min.

And, as alluded to above, post-match, those of a West Ham persuasion have since pointed the finger of blame squarely in the direction of one man – David Moyes.
Horrendous set up. Horrendous game plan. Horrendous manager.
Bottom 3. 2 points off bottom in February. Get him gone.
MOYES OUT

Sack him. Now!

He spent £160M on a side that finished 7th and has the club in the relegation zone over halfway through the season. Saturday is the most important fixture of the season. Moyes shouldn’t be in charge of it. WE ARE IN 18TH!! MOYES OUT!!

14 wins in 52 PL games… how is Moyes still in a job…

Joke of a performance. Moyes has got to go.

I’ll repeat it again for all you lot with blinkers on. Moyes stays and we get relegated, it’s as simple as that

As we enter the last game week of February, David Moyes has led his team to 5 league wins. They were against:
Aston Villa
Bournemouth
Fulham
Wolves

FT: 2 – 0
Shocking lack of desire and intensity for a derby. Abject going forwards and being hard to break down disappeared in the second half. Comfortable win for Spurs who were bang average. If defensive Dave remains in charge we go down. #MoyesOut pic.twitter.com/sLzNjqMyGN— AI Sean (@AISean66) February 19, 2023
