Five-time Ballon d’Or winner etched his name ever further into the history books of world football on Thursday evening.
For those not aware, Ronaldo was back in action on the international stage a short time ago.
After enjoying a productive start to life with Saudi giants Al-Nassr at club level, the veteran frontman turned his attentions back towards matters with Portugal, in a European Championship qualifier versus minnows Liechtenstein.
And, safe to say, Ronaldo made his impact very much felt, notching a brace en route to an eventual 4-0 Portugal rout.
His 2nd of the night, meanwhile, came in style, courtesy of a thunderous free-kick from the edge of the area:

And, as alluded to above, in the process of finding the net for the third time in his last two appearances across all competitions, CR7 made yet more history.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the first player to score 100 competitive goals in men’s international football history.
Just another record.
