Watch: Bukayo Saka reaches out to Kim Kardashian’s son after Europa League exit

Footage of Arsenal star Bukayo Saka taking the time to reach out to one of the more high-profile attendees at the club’s meeting with Sporting CP on Thursday has come to the fore online.

Mikel Arteta’s troops, of course, were back in action late last night.

Amid efforts to keep the club’s continental campaign alive, the Gunners welcomed Portuguese giants Sporting CP to north London, for the 2nd leg of the Europa League Last-16

When all was said and done after a 2-2 stalemate in Lisbon last week, however, the two sides could not be separated once more, en route to a 1-1 draw after both normal and extra time.

Proceedings, in turn, were sent to a penalty shootout.

And, from here, it was the visitors who ultimately held their nerve, booking their spot in the Europa’s League’s last eight by way of a 5-4 shootout triumph.

Those Arsenal fans to have made the effort to fill out The Emirates, in turn, were left feeling understandably underwhelmed on Thursday night.

And one such individual to have travelled to north London for the clash came in the form of none other than Kim Kardashian.

Globally-recognised Kardashian’s son Saint is a long-time fan of the Gunners, with he and a group of friends, as a result, having been treated to a trip to last night’s matchup, all the way from the United States.

And, as alluded to above, one member of Mikel Arteta’s ranks who therefore felt it only right to reach out to the group was Bukayo Saka.

As showcased in footage to have gone viral across social media late this evening, the England international made a FaceTime call to Saint and his friends, after being unable to meet them in person on Thursday.
