Watch: Arsenal loanee Balogun finds the net again for Reims

On-loan Arsenal talent Folarin Balogun has continued to pique attentions across the club’s fanbase on Saturday, owing to is head-turning exploits in front of goal.

Hitman Balogun, of course, secured a fresh departure from the Emirates during the summer transfer window.

Despite a largely productive loan spell in the Championship with Middlesbrough over the 2nd half of last season, Mikel Arteta and co. evidently came to the conclusion that the England youth international was not yet ready to contribute on a weekly basis back in north London.

Balogun, in turn, was farmed out once more, on this occasion linking up with Ligue 1 outfit Stade de Reims.

And what a stint he has since gone on to enjoy in France.

After bagging ten goals across just over 1300 minutes minutes of action before tonight, the 21-year-old went on to add to his tally once more a short time ago .

Afforded another start in Reims’ French Cup meeting with Les Herbiers, Balogun opened the scoring, en route to a comfortable 3-0 victory.

After being felled by the hosts’ shot-stopper in the penalty area, the Arsenal talent - who will no doubt have his sights set firmly on a first-team spot in north London next season - dusted himself down, to slot home the ensuing penalty in confident fashion:
