A fresh insight into the squad plans of the powers that be at Premier League giants Chelsea has been provided late on Friday evening.
The Blues, of course, have endured nothing short of a nightmare campaign to date.
After sending beloved boss Thomas Tuchel packing in what many deemed premature fashion, Chelsea’s fortunes have only continued to worsen, en route to defeat in 7 of their 18 league fixtures.
The most recent came last night, when another dismal display culminated in a derby defeat at the hands of Fulham.

Stuck in the depths of mid-table in England’s top-flight, pressure, in turn, is beginning to mount on not only under-fire boss Graham Potter, but Chelsea’s stars, too.
A whole host of members of the Blues’ ranks have been singled out for heavy criticism over recent weeks, with many even accused of showcasing a lack of desire.
As per the reliable Matt Law, in a bid to end the era of ‘player power’, several high-profile Chelsea stars could be on the move as soon as the summer.
Three such players come in the form of under-performing trio Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech.
Graham Potter, though, as things stand, maintains the faith of the brass in west London.
