Tottenham set for key meeting to find an agreement for Nicolò Zaniolo

Tottenham Hotspur are pressing hard to sign Nicolò Zaniolo from AS Roma.


Tottenham Hotspur are set to hold a summit meeting with AS Roma next week over a deal for Nicolò Zaniolo.

Antonio Conte holds the forward in very high esteem and he has made a strong request for Spurs to sign the 23-year-old.

It is understood that the Italian club could be open to selling the player if they were to receive a €50 million offer.

The north London club are also attempting to include players in a deal for the Italian.

Tottenham are pressing hard to sign Zaniolo and are due to meet with Roma next week, according to Gazetta dello Sport.

The north London club are first of all expected to try and offer Roma counterparts in a deal.

Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Japhet Tanganga are the three players which they will offer.

It is yet to be seen whether Roma can move other players on first, assume players with such high salaries and whether they or not they would want straight cash.

€50 million is the figure which the club from the Italian club are seeking for the forward.

But regardless of Roma’s demands, Spurs are hoping to accelerate a deal to give Conte another strong enforcement.
