The west London club are expected to pay €16 million and Marcos Alonso.
The detail which now needs to be agreed upon is the book value of the Spanish full-back.
Barça are close with FFP so, therefore, the value of Alonso remains an important detail.
Meanwhile, Auba is now ready to fly to London to sign for Tuchel’s side, as per Mundo Deportivo.
The 33-year-old netted a stunning 79 goals in 95 appearances whilst also registering 17 assists when he worked with the German coach at Borussia Dortmund.
