Revealed: The amount Chelsea are prepared to pay to sign Anthony Gordon

Chelsea are prepared to go big to sign Everton winger Anthony Gordon.

Chelsea are preparing a massive offer to try and sign Anthony Gordon.

The Blues have already seen four approaches for the winger turned down by Everton.

But their latest offer is expected to bring them closer to reaching an agreement and the west London club are now confident of landing him.

Chelsea’s massive Gordon offer

Chelsea are ready to pay £60 million for Anthony Gordon, according to the Daily Mail.

Thomas Tuchel’s side are preparing a package of £50 million plus £10 million in add-ons.

Everton have stood firm over other offers but this one has moved the two clubs closer together towards an agreement.

The Toffees had been looking for in excess of £50 million for the player so this offer could really test their resolve.

Chelsea eyeing Wesley Fofana alternatives

Chelsea are keen to sign a new central defender before the close of the transfer window.

Wesley Fofana is their top target, however, Leicester City are still asking for more than £80 million.

The west Londoners are therefore looking at alternatives, according to the Mail, which includes Brighton’s Adam Webster and Harry Maguire.
