Declan Rice to Arsenal now appears to be getting closer.
The north London club have been chasing the midfielder for weeks and have already seen their first offer rejected.
But they are now set to return with a second bid and this time, West Ham could accept it.
Arsenal to submit second Rice bid
Arsenal are ready to submit a club-record offer for Declan Rice.
The Gunners’ offer is understood to be worth £90 million, as per the Daily Mail.
The bid also includes add-ons which could take the total package close to £100 million.
They have already seen an offer of £80 million plus £10 million in add-ons rejected by West Ham.
Rice is now expecting to be an Arsenal player by the end of the month.
The 24-year-old is expected to agree to personal terms worth over £200k-per-week once West Ham and Arsenal strike a deal.
