Leeds have signed Slovenia defender Jaka Bijol from Udinese for a fee reported to be £15m.
The 26-year-old has signed a five-year contract and is Leeds’ second summer signing since returning to the Premier League – after the arrival of German striker Lukas Nmecha.

Leeds said: “With a number of clubs vying for his signature, we now welcome our second signing of the summer to West Yorkshire and we all now look forward to seeing Jaka play at Elland Road.”
Bijol arrives at Leeds with a wealth of experience for club and country.
The defender played at Euro 2024 against England and has played in both the Champions League and Europa League.
Leeds sealed Premier League promotion in May after a two-year absence, winning the Championship title on goal difference after finishing level on 100 points with Burnley.
