Barça and Sevilla have reached an agreement in principle for Jules Koundé, according to Gerard Romero.
The news comes as a massive blow to Chelsea who looked on the verge of signing the French defender.

Barcelona looked to have gazumped Chelsea in the race to sign Koundé.
Barça and Sevilla have reached an agreement in principle for the 23-year-old.
The deal is 99 percent done and barring a late disaster in the next few hours, the defender will play for Barça.
The Blues are believed to have also agreed a deal, but the defender is expected to join the Spanish club instead.
Barça have already signed Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Franck Kessié, Andreas Christensen and re-signed Ousmane Dembélé.
