Chelsea & AC Milan to benefit as Barcelona primed to part with 3 players before transfer deadline

A late squad clearout is incoming at the Camp Nou

Spanish giants FC Barcelona are on the verge of bidding farewell to no fewer than three members of the club’s first-team squad.

First up comes Martin Braithwaite.

As confirmed by a host of reliable sources, hitman Braithwaite – who has fallen ever further down the pecking order in Catalunya this summer owing to the arrival of Robert Lewandowski – is soon set to have his pick of a number of potential destinations.

This comes with the powers that be at Barcelona ready to terminate the Dane’s contract ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.

Following Braithwate out the door in short order will then be another member of Xavi Hernandez’s attacking ranks, in the form of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

This comes amid widespread confirmation that Joan Laporta and co. are at the final stage of the negotiation process to send the Gabonese back to the Premier League, with Chelsea.

And last up when it comes to imminent departures from the Catalan capital comes Sergino Dest.

Having too fallen firmly out of favour under the watch of boss Xavi, it has long been common knowledge that defender Dest was available for transfer.

In turn, at the last, a new suitor have emerged to tie up a deal for the United States international at the last, in the form of AC Milan.

Dest is primed to make the move to the San Siro on loan for the coming season, with the Italian champions boasting an option to make his arrival permanent in the summer of 2023.
