Arsenal transfer news: First signing agreed, Gunners in pole position for striker & more

Here is all the latest Arsenal transfer news.

First up, a report from Spanish outlet Fichajes suggests that Arsenal are closely monitoring Barcelona forward Ferran Torres. The Spanish attacker was an influential cog in Luis Enrique’s attacking line-up scoring crucial goals. With Barcelona possessing a strong forward battery without Torres, they wouldn’t mind letting go of the youngster if a lucrative bid arrives.

Next, the Gunners have seen their bid for American international Yunus Musah rejected by Spanish team Valencia, as per FCInterNews.

The young midfielder was an influential player in the World Cup showcasing his talent in Qatar.

Elsewhere, according to the Mirror, Arsenal have agreed terms with Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka. The French centre-back is the Gunner’s first signing of 2023, as Ndicka will join the North London outfit at the end of the season for a free transfer.

Mikel Arteta had swooped in before Ndicka’s other suitors to finalise a deal for the Gunners as he looks to add more strength to an already excellent backline at the Emirates.

Finally, according to Calciomercato , Arsenal are in pole position to land the services of highly-rated Serbian hitman Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus.
