In-demand Ajax star Antony has, on Sunday, spoken publicly on the prospect of reuniting with former manager Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
Links between gifted wide-man Antony and the Red Devils have of course been rampant across the summer to date.
Amid the ongoing efforts of the transfer team at Old Trafford to add some much-needed quality to the clubβs frontline, the Brazilian is understood to have been identified as a prime target.
Such attempts are expected to be ramped up over the course of this coming week, on the back of Unitedβs nightmare opening to the campaign.
Speaking to the media after dazzling once more en route to a goal and assist during Ajaxβs Eredivisie downing of Groningen on Sunday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of a potential move to Manchester was put to Antony himself.
The 22-year-old, though, was keen to keep his cards close to his chest.
From here, though, he was keen to reiterate his happiness in Amsterdam, confirming his love for βthis city and this clubβ:
Antony tells NOS: βWill Ten Hag call me? No idea.. he has to discuss this with my agents, Iβm focused on here. What will come will come, we will seeβ. π¨π§π· #MUFC
βI feel good at Ajax. I give everything for this club, every minute… so I am loving this city and this clubβ. pic.twitter.com/duSGbkniiK
