This article will see us focus on Crystal Palace.

Patrick Vieira kicked off a new era at Palace last season with a much greater focus on youth and building toward the future.

This saw Palace finish 12th in the Premier League and secure their joint-second highest points total in the division.

And as many of the young talent they brought in last summer are only expected to continue developing, the Eagles are being tipped to improve on their 2021/22 finish.

With this in mind, 101 have taken a look at the best Crystal Palace players for your FPL team.

Joachim Andersen, defender (4.5m)

As mentioned in several of our previous FPL articles, finding the best 4.5m defenders to rotate with one another each week can be crucial to your FPL success.

And Palace’s Joachim Andersen is certainly a contender to fill one of your spots. The former Fulham man helped Palace keep one of the best defensive records outside of the top-four last campaign and was the third-highest scoring 4.5m defender on the game in 2021/22.

Vicente Guaita, goalkeeper (4.5m)

Like the 4.5m defender, finding a 4.5m keeper is something many FPL players look to do early in the campaign.

And Palace’s Guaita is certainly someone you should consider. The Spaniard kept 11 clean sheets in the previous campaign, with Brighton’s Robert Sanchez the only keeper below 5.0m to outscore him.

Wilfried Zaha, midfielder (7.0m)

Wilfried Zaha is once again a decent budget midfielder on FPL this year.

He scored 14 and assisted two in the Premier League last season, despite missing four games in the middle of the campaign for the African Cup of Nations.

It is also worth noting that Bukayo Saka, James Maddison and Jarrod Bowen were the only other budget midfield options to outsource Zaha on FPL last season, and all of them are now at least 1.0m more than the Palace man on this campaign’s game.
