The net worth of Premier League’s ‘top-six’ bosses revealed, including Manchester United & Chelsea managers

The net worth of Premier League’s ‘top-six’ bosses revealed, including Manchester United & Chelsea managers

Premier League’s top-six

The Premier League’s traditional ‘top-six’ consists of Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal.

And though these sides, on the whole, have continued to dominate the league over recent years, question marks have begun to spread over the place of more than one in the ‘top-6’.

How Tottenham ever got on to that list in the first place is somewhat questionable. Spurs have never won the Premier League, never won the Champions League and their only trophy this century was the League Cup back in 2008.

Arsenal, meanwhile, though previously a dominant force in England, have declined rapidly, and didn’t even finish inside the top-seven in either of the last two seasons.

At present, Leicester City  – recent Premier League and FA Cup winners – boast much more of a claim to be in that ‘top-six’ moving forward.

Net worth of managers at Liverpool, Chelsea & more

Regardless, the traditional top-six remains the same for now, and, thanks to the Daily Star, we now know the net worth of each of the managers at these clubs.

Unsurprisingly, Nuno Espirito Santo is bottom of the list with a reported net worth of £1.1m. The Portuguese has only been in the Spurs job for a few months, and had previously managed Wolves.

Next up is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with a £2.2m net worth, which again is not all that shocking, considering he has not spent much of his managerial career in a top job.

Up another spot, despite being the youngest manager on the list, is Mikel Arteta – said to have an estimated net worth of £15m. This is the same figure boasted by Thomas Tuchel.

That just leaves Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola, with the Liverpool boss believed to have a £36m net worth, and Man City’s headmaster £30m.
