Revealed: What Zinchenko did after Saliba’s goal for Arsenal vs Bournemouth

Oleksandr Zinchenko’s reaction to William Saliba’s goal for Arsenal vs Bournemouth has been revealed.

Arsenal faced off with Bournemouth in Saturday’s late Premier League kick-off, looking to make it three wins from three – a stark contrast to their three defeats in a row at the beginning of last campaign.

And, when all was said and done on the south coast, this is what Mikel Arteta’s side managed.

Two early strikes from Martin Odegaard all but confirmed the three points for Arsenal, but the Gunners still added a third via William Saliba.

Saliba had a superb game for Arsenal and capped it off by scoring his first goal for the club.

Following the game, Zinchenko’s reaction to Saliba’s strike has been revealed.

As per football.london: “It was a sublime strike that not many knew Saliba had in his locker including one of his teammates. Oleksandr Zinchenko in complete shock raised his hands to his head before shaking them in total disbelief. Gabriel Jesus then followed suit in a delightful moment for the Gunners.”

“And clean sheet. The most important thing. For a defender, defend, keep a clean sheet. The most important thing to do is to keep that clean sheet every game.”
