What Chelsea new boys Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly did after Chelsea’s match on Sunday has been revealed.

Chelsea played out their first pre-season match of the summer in the early hours on Sunday morning.

The Blues faced off with Club America in the Allegiant Stadium in Nevada and came away with a win.

Thomas Tuchel put out a fairly strong squad that also saw Conor Gallagher and Ross Barkley afforded some minutes in central midfield.

Timo Werner broke the deadlock for the Blues before a Reece James own goal drew the score back on level terms five minutes later.

However, Mason Mount would come off the bench to net the winner for the west Londoners:

And whilst they did not take part in the match, Chelsea’s two summer signings were in attendance.

Chelsea signed Raheem Sterling from Manchester City earlier this month, before then confirming that they had agreed a deal with Napoli for veteran defender Kalidou Koulibaly over the weekend.

Now, what the pair did post-match on Sunday morning has been revealed:

As per football.london: “Whilst Chelsea fans will be eager to see Koulibaly in action, he was spotted getting on with things already after the match in America. Fans who stayed inside the stadium will have seen the 31-year-old running laps around the pitch after the win against Club America, alongside young star Levi Colwill.

“Raheem Sterling, who was the club's first signing of the summer from Manchester City, was also seen doing some drills with Billy Gilmour, Tino Anjorin and Harvey Vale.”
