Alejandro Garnacho and Manchester United just need to sort out the image rights of the player and the deal will be closed, according to ESPN.
An agreement over a five-year contract has been found and the two parties now need to just agree on this final detail.
His wages are in line with his newfound role in Erik ten Hag’s squad and will grow as he becomes more involved.
The winger has made 25 appearances for the Red Devils this season.
United had been hoping to agree to a new contract with Garnacho before the sale of the club goes through.
