Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is set to net a tidy bonus if he guides Spurs into the Champions League places this season.

As revealed by The Times, Antonio Conte will earn a £2.5m bonus should he secure Champions League qualification with Tottenham this season.

And, with just one game left to play of the 2021/22 Premier League campaign, that does seem very likely.

Tottenham are 4th in the Premier League, two points clear of 5th-place Arsenal with a much better goal difference, meaning a draw in their final game is all the Lilywhites will need.

Spurs also only have to face Norwich on Sunday whilst Arsenal are away to an Everton side who are still not safe from relegation.

As a result, a top-four finish for Tottenham and, in turn, a nice bonus for Conte, seems likely.

Securing a Champions League berth could also be set to have an impact on the players Spurs can attract.

The Times report that Tottenham are monitoring Youri Tielemans and Christian Eriksen before potential moves with both players indicating that they want to play in the Champions League next season.
