73 days after the sacking of Antonio Conte, a new man is finally in the hot seat at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs have since gone through two interim bosses before appointing Postecoglou.
The north London club also looked at Julian Nageslmann, Vincent Kompany, Xabi Alonso Luis Enrique and Arne Slot.
Daniel Levy has revealed Postecoglou’s commitment to playing attacking football, improving players and working with the academy players.
Levy told the club’s website: “Ange brings a positive mentality and a fast, attacking style of play.
“He has a strong track record of developing players and an understanding of the importance of the link from the academy - everything that is important to our Club.
“We are excited to have Ange join us as we prepare for the season ahead.”
The 57-year-old has a major task on his hands to turn the ship at Tottenham back in the right direction.
The club missed out on European football completely last season and the squad is in need of real work.
