Jurgen Klopp has been speaking to the media ahead of Liverpool’s upcoming clash with Benfica.
The Reds will take on Portuguese powerhouse Benfica on Tuesday evening in the first of two Champions League quarter-final ties.
The second leg will then play out next week on April the 13th at Anfield.
Ahead of the first meeting between the pair, Klopp discussed a number of topics in his press conference on Monday, including Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The right-back picked up an issue before the international break last month but, as per Klopp he and Curtis Jones are available to face Benfica:
"Full squad available for the game", absolutely, Klopp said. "Curtis had a little swelling, disappeared overnight. Trent now, 4-5 days is ready as well."
Jurgen Klopp also provided a brief Mohamed Salah contract update: "The decisive parties are talking to each other and that's all I need."
Benfica vs Liverpool
Liverpool head into Tuesday’s game as the clear favourites to both win the first leg and make it into the semi-finals.
Benfica are a good side, but apart from Villarreal, they were arguably the draw every top team wanted at this stage.
As for Liverpool, they have already clinched the League Cup this year and remain on course to clinch a potential quadruple.
