Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane etched his name ever further into the history books of English football on Saturday evening.
Kane, and Spurs, were of course back in action earlier today.
Fresh off just a solitary point from an available 12, Ryan Mason’s troops welcomed capital rivals Crystal Palace to north London, desperate for a return to winning ways.
And, when all was said and done, clinch all three points is precisely what Tottenham managed.
A solitary goal proved enough to put Palace to the sword, netted, inevitably, by the aforementioned Harry Kane.
As alluded to above, though, Kane’s latest finish did not only prove significant in guiding his side to a much-needed bounce-back result.
