Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane has, on Saturday night, provided an update on his fitness.
The name of hitman Kane, of course, has taken its place front and centre in the headlines once more across the day to date.
This comes after the England international proved match-winner in Spurs’ Premier League meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.
Midway through the first-half of action at the AMEX, Kane did superbly to get on the end of attacking partner in crime Son Heung-min’s dangerous delivery from the left, nodding home the only goal of the 90 minutes in the process:

Late in proceedings on England’s south coast, though, the Lilywhites’ prolific frontman sparked concern across the club’s fanbase.
This came as Kane, after clutching at his ankle, was hauled off by boss Antonio Conte, replaced by midfielder Oliver Skipp.
And Kane was quick to dispel any fears regarding a potential upcoming spell on the sidelines, in explaining that:
‘The ankle is okay. No twist or anything so I’m pretty sure it’s fine.’
