Harry Kane breaks Premier League record during Tottenham vs Wolves

Harry Kane has broken a Premier League record on Saturday.

Tottenham are locked in Premier League action with Wolves currently.

Spurs headed into the game looking to continue their fine start to the season, which had seen them smash Southampton 4-1 and draw 2-2 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham did not start that well against Bruno Lages’ team, with Wolves probably the better side in the first 45.

However, it was the Lilywhites who broke the deadlock at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Heung-min Son whipped in a corner which was flicked on by Ivan Perisic. Harry Kane then got on the end of Perisic’s flick on the fire Tottenham into the lead.

After scoring vs Wolves, Harry Kane has now netted 185 goals for Tottenham, the most of any player for a single Premier League club.

Kane is now also just two goals behind Andy Cole in the Premier League all-time top goalscorer charts and 23 off Wayne Rooney.
