FPL 2023/24: Best captain picks gameweek 7

Gameweek 7 of the 2023/24 Premier League season is set to get underway later this week.

Premier League action, of course, also means millions of players will be setting up their Fantasy Premier League side for the forthcoming action.

One of the most important aspects of FPL is picking your captain each week. Whoever you select as your captain with earn double their standard score, or triple it if you choose to play your triple captain chip, which you can do once per season.

But deciding on your captain each week can be a very tough decision that can make or break your game week.

With this in mind, 101GreatGoals will be providing you with an insight into the best captain picks for every game week this season.

Best FPL captains gameweek 7

Thomas Kaminski vs Burnley & Everton (4.5)

A somewhat strange pick for your FPL captain but one that could pay off.

Luton have struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League so far but they have a double gameweek this time around against two fairly favourable opponents in Burnley and Everton.

Due to Luton being one of the few sides with two games this week, Kaminski is predicted to get 7.3 points this week, which is the third-highest of any player available.

Carlton Morris vs Burnley & Everton (5.5)

Morris is also a Luton player so he too has two fixtures in gameweek 7.

But Morris is higher on this list as he is a forward and despite Luton’s struggles this term, he has still scored two and assisted one in five.

Morris is predicted to earn 8.1 points on FPL in the upcoming gameweek.

Erling Haaland vs Wolves (14.1)

The top pick this week is once again Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian has eight goals and one assist from six league games already this season and is very likely to net vs a struggling Wolves side this week.

Haaland is tipped to earn 8.7 points on FPL this week, the most of any player on the game.
