After suffering a 2-1 loss to Southampton last week, Saturday’s game may be Frank Lampard’s last chance.

Everton are 19th in the Premier League and if they fail to beat a bottom-three side for two weeks in a row it is hard to see the Toffees’ board backing Lampard given their current form.

Nathan Paterson suffered a knee injury last week and is out for some time: “He’s out for six weeks, unfortunately, it’s a medial ligament injury,” Lampard said on January 5th.

James Garner picked up a lower back problem in November and is out until late January/early February.

Elsewhere, both Michael Keane and Andros Townsend are out with knee issues and currently have no return date sate.
