Everton readying move for Ramsey
The club’s director of football Marcel Brands is preparing a package that will attempt to entice the player to Goodison Park.
The Gunners are keen to sell Ramsey in January following a collapse in contract talks.
The Welshman could command a £15m signing-on fee along with wages in the region of £150k-per-week.

The Reds see Ramsey as a long-term replacement for James Milner and a strong alternative to Nabil Fekir.
Chelsea and Manchester United are both also keeping tabs on the player, whilst Juventus and both Milan clubs are also keen.
