Dejan Kulusevski has suffered a setback in his return from injury, according to Antonio Conte.
The Swede has missed Tottenham’s last four matches with a thigh injury.
The winger looked set to return on the weekend but that has now been delayed.

The Italian manager has warned that he will not be taking any risks with Kulusevski.
The 22-year-old picked up the knock during the last international break.
A return against Everton looked possible with the player having been back in training this week, although he has since suffered a setback.
“I think we need to have a bit of patience. Don’t take stupid risks.
“At this moment he’s not 100% sure to be really fit and in perfect condition.
“It’s important to respect the opinion of the doctors on the player.
Asked about whether or not he will be back to face Manchester United, Conte replied: “In this moment honestly, it’s a bit difficult to answer yes or no.
