Chelsea Dortmund Batshuayi

Chelsea fans are fuming at their board over Batshuayi decision

Another goal

Chelsea fans aren’t thrilled with their side at the moment, and things haven’t been brilliant this season – but selling Diego Costa to Atletico Madrid has certainly been a terrible decision, with Alvaro Morata not firing as much as the club would have liked – not to mention struggling with injury.

While that was far from ideal for the Blues, there was light at the end of the tunnel with Michy Batshuayi, who despite being someone Antonio Conte clearly didn’t fancy as a player, managed to score pretty much whenever he was handed a chance from the Italian.

However, despite that, Conte decided to send him out on loan in January as part of the deal to take Olivier Giroud to Chelsea and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Arsenal – and it has certainly paid off.

For BVB that is, who have seen the Batsman take to life at the club like a duck to water, and become loved by the fans and the other players – and bang in the goals not only in the Bundesliga but also the Europa League – while Morata and Giroud are sitting on the bench for the majority of the time and struggling to net goals for the rest of it.

All in all, it’s a terrible time for Chelsea, while Batsman is flying and the fans are fuming – while the rest of Twitter find it hilarious.
