Manchester City are on course to become only the second-ever English side to win the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup in the same season.
The Sky Blues previously completed a domestic treble in 2018/19, but they are yet to win the Champions League.
However, if they can get past Real Madrid in the semi-final, they will be heavy favourites to see off one of the Milan outfits in the final.
The Premier League also looks to be City’s barring a major slip-up, whilst an FA Cup final with Manchester United awaits in June.
Standing in Manchester City’s way in Europe is a Real Madrid side who have dominated the Champions League throughout history. City drew the first leg 1-1 at the Bernabeu so they should have some edge on Wednesday at the Etihad

Laporte also moved to praise Ilkay Gundogan after the captain’s stunning brace secured the three points at Goodison Park. “Massive,” he added. “The last two games he’s scored four goals so he’s massively important for us. He’s a top, humble guy and we love him. I’m very happy for him.
“With those we were a bit calmer. We managed the game really well and we took the three points which is the most important thing for us for the rest of the competition.”
