Arsenal loanee Tavares pokes fun at Joao Felix after dismissal vs Fulham

A member of the Arsenal loan army has taken to social media on Thursday, to have some fun at the expense of new Chelsea attacker Joao Felix.

The name of hitman Felix, of course, has taken its place front and centre in the headlines late this evening.

This comes after the 23-year-old enjoyed the most memorable of Chelsea debuts, for altogether less than positive reasons.

Just days on from his arrival in west London, Felix was afforded his maiden Blues start tonight, in a Premier League derby meeting with Fulham.

After enjoying a fine start to life in England, though, disaster soon struck.

This came upon a poor first touch leaving Felix stretching for possession, culminating in a horror challenge on Kenny Tete, and ensuing red card:

Full-back Tavares, of course, is currently out on loan from Arsenal, the club whom Felix is understood to have rejected in favour of linking up with Chelsea.

Taking to his official Twitter account, the Gunners’ starring loanee, in turn, tonight unveiled the following jibe:
