Supporters of Premier League giants Arsenal have, on Saturday, been afforded some timely positive news on the personnel front.
The Gunners, of course, are currently in the midst of final preparations for a crucial outing in 24 hours’ time.
Sitting pretty atop the Premier League table with a perfect five wins from five, Mikel Arteta’s troops are set to make the trip to Old Trafford, hopeful of taking advantage of a slip-up on the part of Manchester City courtesy of a downing of city rivals Man United.
Such hopes on Arsenal’s part appeared to have been dented earlier this week, though, when word was forthcoming that Aaron Ramsdale and Martin Odegaard were continuing to struggle for fitness.
This came after both picked up issues during the capital outfit’s victory over Aston Villa.

In turn, it had been widely reported across the last 48 hours that Ramsdale and Odegaard remained in major doubt to make the trip to Manchester.
Late on Saturday evening, though, fears surrounding the wellbeing of the pair have been quelled, to at least some degree.
This comes owing to confirmation that both key members of Arteta’s ranks have in fact linked up with the rest of Arsenal’s stars bound for Old Trafford.
It now remains to be seen whether the duo are deemed fit enough to feature from the off against United.
