Arsenal fans lament missing out on Dusan Vlahovic after 32-second Champions League strike


Arsenal fans have taken to social media on Tuesday evening to lament the fact their club missed out on the signing of Dusan Vlahovic.

Vlahovic's Juventus are currently locked in Champions League action with Villarreal.

It is the first of two Round of 16 ties, with the second leg being hosted in Turin next month.

And, at the time of writing, Juventus are on course to take a lead back home as they are 1-0 up in Spain.

The man who scored Juventus’ opener was Dusan Vlahovic, and it took him just 32 seconds.


The goal came in Vlahovic’s first-ever Champions League tie, having previously been plying his trade with Fiorentina before making the switch to Juve in the January window.

Arsenal were also linked with the Serbian last month, but after watching him score his first Champions League goal for his new side, it is fair to say the Gunners faithful are not overly happy:
